About This Website
Shanee Living is an online store offering plants and related products. We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Product details, prices, delivery information, and purchase conditions are provided on the relevant product pages, at checkout, and in our store policies.
Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurate. Plants are living products, so the appearance of an individual plant may naturally differ from a photograph. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.
If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the options, which may include accepting a correction, choosing an available alternative, or canceling the affected item for a refund.
Prices and Availability
Products are subject to availability. The applicable product price, taxes, and order total are displayed at checkout before you place an order. Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an available alternative or a refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.
Website Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, photographs, graphics, branding, and design on this website belong to Shanee Living or are used with permission. You may view the content for personal shopping purposes. Other uses may require permission from the relevant rights holder.
Any third-party names or trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective owners.
External Links
Our website may link to services or websites operated by others. Those websites have their own content, terms, and privacy practices. Please review their policies when you leave our site.
Website Availability
We work to keep the website available and functioning, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. If a website issue affects an order, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Store Policies
Please review our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy for information about purchases, delivery, returns, and personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies where applicable.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
