Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 3–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruption, high order volumes, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Approved return shipping is free, and Shanee Living pays the return shipping cost. We also offer exchanges, subject to product availability.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, and expiry dates.
